AI usage and what goes to Pulse

Pulse's agents run on your own AI account, on your computer. This page says what Pulse learns about that usage — numbers only —, what never leaves your computer, who sees it, why and for how long.
01Your key and your subscription
We do not use your key or your subscription. They stay only in your computer's keychain; the agents run there, on your account, when you or your team ask. Pulse never receives the key or the login, and calls go from your computer straight to Anthropic or OpenAI.
02Subscription or API key

In neither case does Pulse charge or pass on that amount: it is what you pay your provider, shown so you understand your usage.

04What for
Analysing and improving Pulse: understanding how the agents are used, shaping plans that make sense, measuring cost and agent quality. It is internal use: we do not share it, sell it or use it for advertising.
05Who sees it
- You see your usage, from all your computers, in Settings › AI & Agents › Usage & costs — where the list of what is sent also lives.
- Pulse's administrators see the numbers by team and by person, with the e-mail, on an internal panel.
- Your team does not see your individual usage. Team owners and admins have no access to these numbers.
06For how long

If you delete your account, all of it goes too, in every layer.
07What Pulse pays, apart
Apart from your account's usage, Pulse records what it pays: the search's vectors computed on Amazon Bedrock, by team and person, also numbers only. The two are never added up.
08Your choice
This reporting is part of using Pulse's agents with a connected account. If you do not want your usage in the analysis, write to marcelo@mussi.tech: you may object, and we answer within 15 days.
